today I've eaten 100 calories and its 3:52. I plan on allowing myself an additional 100 calories for dinner. I've taken my diet pills and tonight I'll be having some laxative tea, its smooth move though I hate the cramping but its a necessary evil. I'm off to the gym for the next hour and a half, hopefully I'll be down to atleast 125 within the next two weeks. My stomach is growling :(

I had the flu, well i still have the flu. But my fever's gone, I still can't talk much. and my fever had me in a state unconcious-ness. the good news is I lost all 9lbs this week from being sick. that's so sad. I'm so warped.  If you could please.

Its been like 3 months since I've posted and I just needed to come back for the support. I broke up with my boyfriend of one year and I really just need a confidence boost. I dont have much to say other than I'm doing this hardcore, using pills, <400 calories a day, exercising. I'm just tired of this body.

oh good , i have being binging for 3days and i need help to stop i need to gain my control back and i have gain weight and i cant stop punishing myself

Ah, I'm going to try to fast. Or at least stick to miso soup and green tea. I've been feeling so horribly irregular and ill that I think I need to detox i swear.

I lost my fone, which I'm not happy about at all. but Tomorrow I'm going to the RAC to go work out.
